Shepherd’s purse is one of the most well known remedies for treating bleeding disorders. It may be used to stop bleeding of all kinds, from nosebleed to uterine bleeding to heavy menstrual flow and is sometimes used in childbirth to stimulate uterine contractions and prevent post-partum haemorrhage.
